You’ll be given the dramatic tools to create a short film or a full length feature film.  By participating in informative lectures and studying clips from classic films, you’ll learn important concepts and be guided in the step-by-step process of creating a story and script of power, depth, originality and emotional truth.
 
This fun and interactive workshop will help you reinvent yourself from actor to author.  You’ll learn how to create compelling characters and design your story’s outer and inner journeys.  At the end of the course, you’ll have a story treatment and a short film script or the first act of your feature film. You’ll then cast actors from the Howard Fine Studio to play parts in your script for staged readings, allowing you to bring your dreams to life.
