Uta Hagen: A Challenge for the Actor
A fantastic handbook for any serious actor, written by one of the greats. Howard and Uta were teaching colleagues and friends, and Howard’s work is most derivative of Hagen’s approach. The exercises, practical advice, and overall approach to acting found in this book are explored in each of our technique courses. Copies are available at most major booksellers or online.
