This class is designed for any actor who feels stuck in their career. Perhaps you have landed many guest star roles, but can’t seem to make your way to booking a series regular part. This Business of Acting class will help you navigate road blocks regardless of where you are at in your career.
Kyle and Jonathan work with actors at all stages in their careers. If you already have representatives, the team will be helping you find ways into more casting offices with a focus on turning more auditions into bookings. Unless you are a series regular currently on a show, this class will benefit you.
Any good class will require investment from the actor. If you have been neglecting to reach out to an agent, manager, or casting director, this class will help you get it done. While there will not be homework due every class, there will be necessary assignments to ensure you can achieve all your business goals.
Classes are held over Zoom. Four classes are taught by Jonathan Del Arco and the other four are taught by Kyle Fritz. The very last class will be one-on-one with Kyle for a final submission review, individual marketing assessment, and advanced career planning.
Kyle has been my manager and dear friend for almost 25 years. I can honestly say (and often do!) that he is one of the VERY few people I have worked with over the years who has truly been one of the best career decisions I have made. I trust his advice implicitly — on everything from projects/roles to what to wear for an event or audition. His experience and insight, as well as his real love for the business and for actors, makes him invaluable.
This class has given me confidence in an area of this business that is so overlooked by actors. I now know how to sell my business, me! I have the tools to talk to agents, managers, manage and negotiate contracts and so so much more. Kyle and Jonathan’s class is a hidden gem and I cannot recommend it enough.
Kyle Fritz is an extraordinary manager who truly has his finger on the pulse of how to create opportunity for his clients. That doesn’t simply mean he has lots of casting/producer contacts, which he does, but he takes a very unique and hands-on approach with all his clients. Aside from getting me in rooms at the onset of my career, Kyle knew specifically what I needed to do on my end to make myself optimally ‘castable.’ For me that meant voice classes to lose the accent and specific coaching on specific projects. I never would have gotten the big breaks in my career that have kept the work coming for me if not for Kyle.
No matter your age or level of experience, you simply cannot succeed in this industry without a solid business plan and I can say that I feel confident and excited thanks to their guidance and hard work. A big thank you to the entire team. I recommend investing in your career and working with Kyle and Jonathan.
Kyle continues to have an undeniable impact on both my professional career and personal development. As a seamless friend and collaborator, he has patiently and intricately helped me transition my skills from the stage to the screen, and equipped me with the tools to sustain what it takes to work at the highest level. His passion, honesty, attention to detail, and compassionate guidance are what continue to help me soar to new heights. Kyle’s genuine love and commitment to both humanity and storytelling are what set him apart from the rest and make him any artist’s most valuable secret weapon.
