Teens: Acting Lab

This class takes place over Zoom and is taught by Becky Cloe.

For actors 15+

Acting Lab is an ongoing multi-level acting class designed to help actors stay sharp, actively working, and connected to their craft through regular scene work and acting practice.

This class provides actors with a consistent space to explore material, apply technique, take creative risks, and continue developing their process in a supportive working environment. Through personalized feedback and guided exploration, actors strengthen their ability to work truthfully and spontaneously moment to moment.

Unlike our foundational training classes that focus primarily on introducing technique, Acting Lab is centered around continued practice and application. It is ideal for actors who want an ongoing “workout” for their craft while continuing to challenge themselves artistically. The exercises and the focus changes from class to class, but common topics include scene study, role preparation, emotional range work, memorization techniques, and more.

Great for actors who have busy schedules! This class does not require actors to prepare self-tapes outside of class time as all the work is done live.

The class welcomes actors both new and experienced, and is required before joining upper levels of Acting Lab.
