Becky Cloe graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BA in Theatre. Upon graduating she set out to find the best acting class in Los Angeles and at the recommendation of a prominent casting director, she landed at the Howard Fine Acting Studio. She has been a Master Class student of Howard’s for over a decade, and serves as the Administrative Director, Youth Program Director, and teens teacher. Her experience as a professional actor, her deep understanding of the craft, and her gift for teaching opened up the door for Becky to work with many of the industry’s brightest young rising stars over the years. Previously she was an acting coach at the International Performing Arts Academy, teaching kids aged 7 to 17, after which she began accepting her own clients, and continued to coach youth for various professional auditions. She has since worked as an on-set acting coach for several hit TV shows and pilots for abc, nbc, and the CW. Becky is also a member of SAG-AFTRA.
Gina Simms
Lead Youth Teacher
Gina Simms is a member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and AGVA. She is thrilled to share her passion of acting to artists of all ages and levels, and fosters a safe place to create, imagine and learn the fundamentals of acting. Gina is a former SAG-AFTRA talent agent and represented clients in film, television and print. She is a former “Radio City Rockette” and Miss Nevada for both the Miss USA and Miss America pageants. Gina has a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism and was an Anchor for the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas. She has owned and operated two successful dance schools in CA and loves the arts.

Co-Founder, Risk and Resilience, AmSAT Certified Alexander Instructor. Nick George is an LA based Alexander Technique instructor with a background in performance and athletics. Nick’s professional acting career in film, television and theatre brought him to the transformational power of the Alexander Technique. Since becoming certified in 2013, Nick’s passion as a teacher is sharing the work in an intentional, humanistic teaching style which aims to support the individual needs of the student. Helping students regain, maintain, or develop their freedom, joy, depth and equilibrium in what they love to do, is Nick’s purpose as an Alexander Technique Teacher. With a thriving private practice in the Los Angeles area, in addition to a broad offering of live and online classes, Nick joyfully teaches regularly at the Howard Fine Studio in Hollywood as well as being an associate teacher trainer at the Alexander Training Institute of Los Angeles and as a guest teacher at Pomona College each semester. When not teaching Alexander Technique, Nick is a family man and an avid surfer, who enjoys writing and recording music in his spare time. ADAM CAWLEY
Improv Teacher
Adam Cawley: an alumnus of the world famous Second City Mainstage and Just for Laughs Festival. He is a three-time Comedy Award Winner including Best Male Improviser in the country. Recent TV credits: Ghosts (CBS) Baroness Von Sketch Show (IFC) and Workin’ Moms (Netflix). He was also a staff writer on the International Emmy Nominated Workin’ Moms.
Adam voiced several animated shows: BeyBlade, Totally Spies, and Looped. His improv podcast, The Backline, won the National Podcast Award for Best Educational Series and allows him to tour the world performing and teaching comedy. He’s taught improv for the last 15 years at The Second City and has been a guest professor at Humber College.
Adam recently wrapped two MOW’s – Making Scents of Love and Harbor House. Currently Adam performs sketch comedy for The NFL on FOX! and performs live at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.

HER HUSBAND’S COUSIN, RYAN, WAS A LONG TIME STUDENT OF HOWARD AND RECOMMENDED HIM AS AN THE BEST ACTING TEACHER IN TOWN! SOON AFTER THE PANDEMIC HIT, JAMIE JOINED HOWARD AND MANY OTHERS ONLINE TO EXPLORE THE CRAFT OF ACTING. SHE RETIRED FROM TEACHING JUNIOR HIGH MATH AND DRAMA AND TURNED HER COMMUNITY THEATRE HOBBY INTO A CAREER. SOME FAVORITE STAGE ROLES: INGA (YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN), CINDERELLA’S STEPMOM (INTO THE WOODS), SCHWARTZY (25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM SPELLING BEE) AND KATE KELLER (MIRACLE WORKER). LIFE IS SHORT AND YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY, SO SHE MOVED WITH HER HUBBY AND TWO SHIH TZUS (JEFF AND DAISY) TO LA TO PURSUE ACTING FULL TIME. NOW SHE’S BOOKING LOVING, SUPPORTIVE MOM ROLES AND THE OCCASIONAL BOSS WOMAN. SHE LOOKS FORWARD TO BEING A STUDIO ADMIN FOR THE HOWARD FINE ACTING STUDIO!
